The capacitor is detected using SVM and fused with the polar coordinate expansion method. The AOI system and the proposed fusion algorithm have been applied to the production line, with an accuracy of 99.73\% and a missed detection rate 0.12\%.

Device lifetimes and times to wearout are less important compared to the experience of an early or infant failure in the warranty period.
Defects in circuit elements, such as capacitors, are as important as any other cause of device fallout. Historically, integrated capacitors have been a leading reason for early failure, so this work describes the detection, root cause analysis, and the mitigation of three types of capacitor defects.
In this paper, a closed-loop capacitive accelerometer using a ring-diode capacitance detection scheme and a high-linearity closed-loop control scheme was introduced, and related theoretical derivation and experimental testing were carried out.
In terms of capacitance detection, the ring-diode capacitance detection circuit, as a simple passive capacitance–voltage conversion scheme, has high gain, and the output is linearly related to the detection capacitance difference [6, 7]. It can be read directly by ADC without introducing a two-stage amplification circuit.
The ring-diode capacitance detection scheme applied to the parallel-plate capacitive accelerometer has the advantages of simple structure, high magnification, and without the need for a demodulation circuit and secondary amplification.
